Bed and Breakfast Prices are based on two people sharing a double/twin room and include a traditional farmhouse breakfast -£28.00 per person per night.
Single occupancy of a double room £35.00 per night.
Your room will usually be available from 4pm - 6pm, earlier or later by arrangement, and should be vacated by 10.15am on the day of your departure. Please contact us if you would like to make alternative arrangements and we will do our best to help.
"As we said at the time we had a lovely stay and you made us feel very welcome. Next day we went on to Padstow and had a pleasant time. However despite a good breakfast there my family all agreed your breakfast was tastier. Especially your sausages, they were superb, quite possibly the best I have ever had, and your tomatoes were sublime ".

We pride ourselves on our hospitality and to ensure our guests receive the attention they deserve throughout their stay the number of B&B guests is limited to four at any one time.
BOOKING TERMS A deposit of £50 per room is payable to secure your B&B accommodation and must be received within 7 days of your booking request, please make cheques payable to Mrs M Steer. If a deposit is not received within 7 days the accommodation will become available again.
We are unable to accept credit/debit cards.
CANCELLATION TERMS If it becomes necessary for you to cancel your booking, please advise us immediately and we will do our best to re-let your accommodation.
If you cancel your booking within 7 days of the start date, the full amount outstanding will become payable immediately if we are unable to re-let the accommodation.
If more than 7 days notice of cancellation is given, 75% of the amount outstanding will become payable immediately unless we are able to re-let the accommodation.
Bookings are only accepted under the above terms and conditions, payment of a deposit is taken as acceptance of the above cancellation terms.
