Self-Catering is available from £250.00 per week.  Bedding, electricity and heating are included in the price. 

Please contact us for availability and tariff as this varies.

Your accommodation will usually be available from 4pm - 6pm, earlier or later by arrangement, and should be vacated by 10.15am on the day of your departure.  Please contact us if you would like to make alternative arrangements and we will do our best to help.

Complimentary welcome  basket on arrival.

 

BOOKING TERMS
A deposit of £100  per cottage is payable to secure your self catering accommodation and must be received within 7 days of your booking request, please make cheques payable to Mrs M Steer.  If a deposit is not received within 7 days the accommodation will become available again.  Full payment of the  amount outstanding must be paid no later than six weeks before your arrival date.

We are unable to accept credit/debit cards.

 
CANCELLATION TERMS
If it becomes necessary for you to cancel your booking,  please advise us immediately and we will do our best to re-let your accommodation. 

If you cancel your booking within 7 days of the start date, the full amount outstanding will become payable immediately if we are unable to re-let the accommodation.  

If more than 7 days notice of cancellation is given,  75% of the amount outstanding will become payable immediately unless we are able to re-let the accommodation.

Bookings are only accepted under the above terms and conditions, payment of a deposit is taken as acceptance of the above cancellation terms.
