BOOKING TERMS - Bed & Breakfast
A deposit of £50 per room is required to secure your B&B accommodation and must be received within 7 days of your booking request, please make cheques payable to Mrs M Steer.    If a deposit is not received within 7 days, your booking will be cancelled.

Full payment of the amount outstanding must be paid in cash or by cheque supported by a valid cheque guarantee card during your stay.

Please print and complete the booking form and return with your deposit.

We are unable to accept credit/debit cards.


BOOKING TERMS - Self Catering
A deposit of £200  per cottage is required to secure your self catering accommodation and must be received within 7 days of your booking request, please make cheques payable to Mrs M Steer.  If a deposit is not received within 7 days, your booking will be cancelled. 

Full payment of the amount outstanding must be paid no later than six weeks before your arrival date.  Non-payment of the outstanding balance will be taken as cancellation of the accommodation and any monies paid will be non-refundable.

Please print and complete the booking form and return with your deposit.

DAMAGE TO PROPERTY -  All Guest Accommodation
Guest accommodation should be left in the same condition as it is found.  Any breakages or damage to Rubbytown Farm property should be reported and we reserve the right to charge for replacement or repair as necessary.

The use of accommodation and amenities including the farm and gardens is entirely at the Guest's risk and no responsibility can be accepted for injury, loss or damage to Guest's or their property.

CANCELLATION TERMS - All Guest Accommodation
If it becomes necessary for you to cancel your booking,  please advise us immediately and we will do our best to re-let your accommodation. 

If you cancel your booking within 7 days of your arrival date, the full amount will become payable immediately.  We will try our best to re-let the accommodation and in the event of the accommodation being re-let, any monies paid will be refunded less a handling charge of £25. 

If you cancel your booking giving more than 7 days notice,  75% of the amount outstanding will become payable immediately.  We will try our best to re-let the accommodation and in the event of the accommodation being re-let, any monies paid will be refunded less a handling charge of £25. 

Bookings are only accepted under the above terms and conditions,  payment of a deposit is taken as acceptance of the above terms and conditions.
